Inquiries and launch requests
When you submit a form on our live website, your provided contact details, inquiry, or launch-update consent are sent to the studio’s email inbox. We use inquiries to respond to you. Launch requests are used for the collection and launch emails you explicitly request. Contact inquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
To stop launch emails or ask us to remove your request, email info@maxelostudio.com. We keep correspondence as needed to handle your request and business records; you may contact us about access, correction, or deletion.
Website operation
The form uses a temporary security session cookie and short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit spam. Our hosting and email providers process technical logs and correspondence to operate these services. This site does not add advertising trackers or process payments. External social networks have their own privacy practices.
